President Barack Obama calls for 53 billion dollars in his 6 year plan for the construction of a High Speed Rail.  This high speed rail will hopefully bring in increase of jobs in a short term and the competition with schools, innovation for the future.  Republicans have shared there two cents about the subject, as they want the rail road system to be involved more in the North East Corridors or not spend the money at all.  It is unclear how the money will be paid for this project.
