The United States, England and France say they will continue to try and help civilians from Libya, as they will continue to engage in acitvity in libya. They stated that Libya will not improve economically and spirituality with Gaddafi as leader. These nations are being backed up by the United Nations, they have made it clear Gaddafi has to leave his position. Activity has picked up by the nations as they want to make an impact and perhaps airstrikes will be called into action to compelete such a feat.
