Based on the No Child Left Behind Campaign, the Department of Education has stated that there may be a forty-five percent increase of schools in which kids fail to score proficient in math and English. An official for the department openly said that " This law has created a thousand ways for schools to fail and very few ways for them to succeed." Both parties agreed that there should be some sort of reform, one way could be that the schools who don't do so well are going to result in "intervention". School officials from across the nation fear that schools who continue to fail will eventually lead up to "unmanageable" environments.
